Easter reads for your little one

Easter is right around the corner and books are great additions to your child’s Easter basket. With all the fun and colorful sweet treats and toys, it’s important to include something educational for your little one. Let the Easter bunny make a special delivery and bring joy during the upcoming holiday!

Here are some of our choices based on age range:

Age 0-5:

Singing/Cantando de colores
Inspired by one of the oldest and most beloved traditional Spanish folk songs, "De Colores" (In Colors), this book will introduce little ones to the beauty of life, joy, inclusivity, and their first English and Spanish words.

Age 2-5:

Vámonos: San Salvador
Introduce your little readers to San Salvador, the magnificent capital of El Salvador. Children will learn about the unique and vibrant features of this incomparable Central American city.

They'll be able to hike up to nature's giant, El Boquerón, feed the palomas on a Sunday, and watch the steam sizzle from the savory pupusas!

Age 4-8:

Yefferson, Actually
On his first day at a new school, Yefferson realizes that everyone - his teacher, the lunch lady, and his peers - incorrectly call him Jefferson.

With the love and support of his family, Yefferson finds the courage to teach others how to pronounce his name correctly and to be proud of his namesake.
