  • • Books and merchandise

    • Promotional assets (ex: social posts, banners, posters)

    • POS handheld device that allows you to accept cash and all major credit cards

  • • Volunteers or hired personnel to assist in the setup, operation, and breakdown of the event.

    • Designated indoor area for the book fair and any necessary facilities, such as tables, chairs, and electrical outlets.

    • Promotion the week before event.

    • Make products for sale at the listed price designated by Lil’ Libros.

    • Repack all unsold books, products, and displays in the original boxes.

    • $50 in change for the cash box. School to provide a check at the end of the book fair for the total cash collected not including the $50.
