What you need:
Starter:
1/3 cup of bread flour
1/4 cup of milk
1/2 tablespoon of insant yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
For the dough:
3 cups of bread flour
1/2 cup of sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 tablespoon of instant yeast
2 teaspoons of orange zest
1/2 cup of butter
For decoration:
Sugar
Melted butter

Little monster, do you want a pan dulce? What about a beso? Maybe a concha or an oreja?
